Demonstrated ability to test, interpret, and correct water chemistry parameters including pH, chlorine levels, alkalinity, CYA, and calcium hardness using calibrated digital equipment.
Equipment Knowledge
Understanding of pool pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, salt chlorinators, and plumbing — including the ability to identify warning signs that require professional repair.
Safety Protocol Compliance
Chemical handling, storage, and disposal procedures aligned with OSHA and EPA guidelines. All professionals are trained in chemical safety and emergency response.
Service Documentation
Every professional must be proficient in our digital service reporting platform — completing detailed visit reports accurately and within the required 2-hour post-service window.
